Rental depends on the time of the year.

Payment Terms.

£50 deposit required at the time of booking. This will be returned after your holiday unless there are breakages to pay for. Full payment must be received on month before the date of arrival.  If payment is not received one month before arrival, the booking is deemed cancelled.  

 

Payment can be by UK cheque or by internet bank transfer. 

Pets.

Pets are welcome (1xdog) at £25 per week.  Please keep your pet off the furniture (beds/sofas).  When on site please keep your dog on a lead and please clear up after your dog


Seasonal price changes.

The rental fluctuates depending on the time of the year and may be less than that shown below.  Contact the owner to confirm the rental.
